There are few sports as inexpensive, age-friendly, and family-friendly as disc golf! You’ll find players elementary age to high school; competitive college athletes to retirees. Disc golf can be as low (or high!) impact as you’d like, but one thing is for certain – it’s something the entire family can do from kids to parents to grandparents at anytime with little to no thought!
